Terms and Conditions:
Warranty will be voided when warranty seal are broken
Warranty will not be valid when device security keys missing or destroyed
User are subject to pay for all necessary cost if device is found to be abuse, unreasonable use, mistreatment or neglect by user.
Warranty do not cover on evidence of environmental damage (corrosion or staining)
Warranty do not cover for defects or damage arising from mishandling during transportation
Warranry do not cover for defects from normal wear and tear
Warranty do not cover for defects from using the product other than as recommended by Genie Universal Official’s Site
Warranty do not cover on defacing the product or removal of manufacturer labels
Warranty do not cover on damage during installation or removal, even if accidental
Warranty do not cover on the use of any non-Genie Universal recommanded parts
Warranty do not cover on service or modification by anybody not authorised by Genie Universal Team or its appointed representative
Warranty do not cover on maintenance of any attachments or associated equipment or components which are not supplied by Genie Universal Team
Warranty do not cover on any electrical or other environmental work external to the product
Genie Universal service center have the right to determines warranty validity for product to have been previously rejected, stolen or scrapped
Warranty do not cover on product damaged by lightning, power surges or other natural phenomenon
LCD damage/broken are not cover within the warranty
Warranty do not cover damage due to installation of third-party software or application.
*Accessories such as Charger, battery, SD card are subjected for 1 month warranty only.
